Anti-Inflammatory Recipe of the Week

In September of 2015, I started Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Diet after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis.  I share a new recipe each week to help those who may need to modify their eating habits to better their health.

So, I have something to admit - I love rice pudding. 

I miss rice pudding.

Like, I MISS IT!


But, this recipe, oh my word!  Amazing.  It's a very awesome spin on rice pudding for breakfast and to be honest, I don't just eat this for breakfast.  Catching Seeds is here to show you how to make Breakfast Quinoa Rice Pudding.

The only suggestion that I have is that if you are planning on using almond milk, use the 1/4t. of almond extract.

Now, go forth, and eat great food.  Your dietary limitations should not limit you from enjoying great food.
