Anti-Inflammatory Recipe of the Week

In September of 2015 I started Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Diet after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis.  I share a new recipe each week to help those who may need to modify their eating habits to better their health.

White Bean and Avocado Baked Burritos

This recipe is a favorite of mine.  It's extremely filling and it tastes amazing!  AND it's a hit with my family as well.  This is definitely something that your meat eaters will enjoy as well.  There are always left overs in our home to take for lunch the following day.  

Ceara's Kitchen does a great job on this one.  You MUST make the Creamy Zesty Avocado Lime Dressing for this...and then think of the many other uses for it once you've tried it. So, so good.  

Go out this weekend and get all of the ingredients that you need to make this recipe and enjoy.  

Now, go forth, and eat great food.  Your dietary limitations should not limit you from enjoying great food.
