Snowshoeing Field Trip

How cool would learning how to snowshoe be?  Well, first we’ll have to hope for some snow around here.  If we happen to get any February 7th through February 10th you may want to consider packing up the kids and heading off to Monee Reservoir, which is part of the Will County Forest Preserve District, located at 27341 Ridgeland Ave, Monee, IL.

  1. We're snowless this year, too. Gotten maybe a total of 8 inches so far--mostly in dustings or an inch or less. Alarming in some way. Here's hoping for snowshoeable snow for you guys. ;)
